Right when the temperature starts to drop my furnace starting blowing cold air and went completely out. Was reaching out to numerous companies and which a couple vendors told me the obvious , which was it looks like your heater went out. But then say there is nothing we can, but purchase a replacement, but stated orders were backlogged. I reached out to Temperus Heating and Cooling and I have to say Joe and Craig came out assessed my furnaced and ordered a replacement in reasonable time. Very professional and prompt. I don't know how the company is overall but these guys needs raises!!! They represent the company highly.

If you’re looking for honest, reliable, and knowledgeable technicians, look no further. Joe and Craig are an awesome team. I needed my water heater replaced, but kept getting outrageous estimates from other companies. While shopping around, I was referred to Temperus and the reviews were spot on. They gave me a fair price for the job, completed the install in a few hours and educated me throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using these guys for my hvac needs.

My A/C unit is over 30 yrs old and one hot summer day, it stopped working. I called Temperus Heating and Cooling company to take a look at the problem. They showed immediately and diagnosed the problem. They told me that the A/C was unit was very old; that the A/C unit was low on refrigerant which caused the pressure to drop which then eventually caused the evaporator coil to freeze. But unlike other companies which would have jumped on the opportunity to pressure me to buy a new HVAC system, Temperus Heating and Cooling instead worked with my budget to help me resolve the problem. They instead added more refrigerant, cleaned the frozen pipes, and cleaned the overall system to ensure the unit's longevity. My A/C unit has been working very well ever since then and I have had no problems with it. I liked this company so much that I have referred other family members to them.

Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call. You'll be thankful you did. Heater died on me right as the weather started turning cold. I called a different company before them that was aggressively pushing for me to replace my system and quoting me $9k.. Crazy!! I was expecting another 5 years at least for my system so I ended up calling Temperus based on a coworker's referral and SO glad I did. Their technician did honest work and explained the ignition wasn't working properly. He cleaned/fixed up some sensors and the pilot, got my heat running again that same day, and said the system could last a few years no problem.. Never going with the greedy, big name companies again. This family-run small business has a customer in me for life!!!!!

Thanks to Temperus Heating & Cooling we finally had a comfortable night of sleep on both levels of my condo!! In two hours Joe and Craig were able to place a leveler in my unit so that I can control the temperature for the upstairs vs downstairs. I should’ve called them sooner. They were really nice, professional and on time. I am recommending them to all my friends.

Really amazing service! I would recommend them to everybody 🙂 they are really meticulous and extremely competent. I have never met someone that is so proud of the service they deliver. You can trust them 100% that they will fix your problem even if it takes long hours 🙂
